Freeman W. Blount and his second wife, Nancy Ellen Baker Blount. (there is an article in the new Meriwether Co. Heritage Book about Freeman W. Blount and family).

Edward Elliott Blount (Dr.) was the 2nd son of Freeman W. Blount and Nancy Ellen Baker Blount. He left Meriwether Co. as a young man and moved to Texas. He married and moved to Oklahoma (Garvin Co.) and stayed there until his death, January 17, 1900. He was born July 5, 1859 and died from pneumonia.

Laura Emma Blount and Robert Joseph Augustus Parker. Laura Emma Blount was the 7th daughter of Freeman W. Blount and Sarah Lassiter McDaniel Blount. She and her family eventually moved to Florida, where she died. B. January 31, 1844 D. October 14, 1919.

Julia A. Blount (1836-1912) was the fourth daughter of Freeman W. Blount and Sarah Lassiter McDaniel Blount. She married James Thomas Edge (in Meriwether Co.) January 3, 1853 (marriage book B, page 154) and lived in Meriwether Co. until her death.

Lucinda Demarius Blount (1840) was the 6th daughter of Freeman W. Blount and Sarah Lassiter McDaniel Blount. She married Judge Jesse Partridge July 3, 1872 (in Meriwether Co.) - he was her second husband, the 1st being John F. Miller. (I have no clue as to whether he died or they divorced - there were no children). She lived her entire life in Meriwether Co. too.

Eli Harris Blount was the second son of Freeman W. Blount and Sarah R. Lassiter McDaniel Blount. Eli is believed to be buried at the family cemetery.

Walter Wesley Blount was the youngest son of Freeman W. Blount and Nancy Ellen Baker Blount. Walter went to Texas (may have been what is now Mexico) and was shot to death as a young man.
